We want you to be completely satisfied with your Junk to Gem purchase.

30-Day Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, or if the mats do not fit your specific vehicle model perfectly, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Conditions for Return

• The items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in original packaging.
• For fitment issues, we may require photographs of how the mats fit in your vehicle.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original method of payment.
